		<description>There is just as much junk vegan food as their is regular junk food, but being vegan will do great things for your health and weight if you are a healthy vegan. 
Eating fruits, veggies, and nuts ,tofu and beans, is being a healthy vegan and cutting out simple carbs so you will definitely lose weight on your new healthy diet :)</description>
