i’ve been thinking about becoming a vegitarian for a while now,and im hoping to find a way to lose as much weight as i can by aug 27th ( when school starts). i dont feel comfortable running or walking around my neighborhood because is new and i dont know anybody around here. please help me!

Some people go vegetarian but eat lots of simple carbs and they put on weight instead.
If you want to, eat complex carbs only, nuts and grains together with healthy vegetarian food.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

ive always been slender.. i only weight 110 pounds but then i decided i wanted to go down to 100 pounds and the vegan diet workss.. and well you get used to it.. i tried it and liked it and now im a proud vegan. =) lol
but being a vegeterian always works because you stop eating .. mcdonnalds kfc taco bell you know shit like that .. so yeah try it.
Simply no. I know many vegitarians and it really depends on your body. Plus you may have to take calcium and iron supplements. Calcium should be taken anyway. Your best best is to lighten up on the intake, don’t give it up completely. perhaps substituting ground turkey or chicken for ground beef, etc. But have lighter portions. What may assist you is a protein shake in the afternoon and a few supplements to help break it down in your system, plus added exercise. Dance in your living room, or jog up and down the stairs. But if you are interested I sell protein drink packages ans supplements. It took 30-60 days but I was a size 14 and reached my goal of a size 8 again. NO joke!! Good luck!

NO, i mean unless you starve yourself eating only lettuce, don’t you see fat people everywhere that just eat salads… you just need to eat the right stuff and try going to go to a gym or exercising somewhere where you feel comfortable, you can also do some exercises at your home,
