Pros: By not eating meat, you will eat a lot more fruits & veggies, therefore, you will feel better
less red meat = lower cholesterol
Cons: you have to deal with ignorant people mocking your choices.
the smell of meat cooking can make you slightly nauseous.
if you aren’t preparing your own meals, meal choices can get difficult.

oh, and contrary to what others tell you, you can get plenty of protein from non meat sources!
being a vegetarian will make you and the world around you a better place. you will feel better, and you will realize just how much meat you used to eat.
if you do decide to start a vegetarian diet, don’t get frustrated! look up recipes for meals, and don’t give up!
good things are it cleans you out and bad things your not getting the protein you need
ultimately it depends on how you do it I was a vegetarian for about 15 years and have severe anemia and had to put meat into my diet. Also it will be hard for you to find somewhere to go out to eat I know of only 1 vegetarian resturaunt and its very expensive it is a personal decision but you will have to take a lot of vitamins and supplements to make sure you dont get anemic
Bias… I eat meat
It is possible to be a healthy vegetarian and even a healthy vegan but you need to understand more about nutrition then an omnivore. You have to pay more attention to what you’re eating to ensure you are getting enough nutrients, especially things like iron.
Both omnivore and vegetarian diets can be unhealthy if you let them. I’m not convinced health is a good reason to go vegetarian but if you have ethical concerns then I think it can be a perfectly healthy choice.
