    Multi-Vitamin!

Seventh-day Adventist Christians preach the everlasting Gospel and keep the Biblical Sabbath(Saturday) day Holy. Sabbath School begin at 9:30am. Worship begin at 11:00am every Saturday.

God’s true Church believes that Jesus is God.

God’s true Church believes in the Trinity.

God’s true Church believes in the death of Christ on the Cross.

God’s true Church will uphold the Moral Law(Ten Commandments)

God’s true Church will Baptize by Immersion not Sprinkling.

God’s true Church will not eat Unclean Foods(Pork, Catfish, etc.)

God’s true Church will be a Worldwide Church preaching the message of Christ.

God’s true Church will teach Biblical literal six day Creation. NO Evolution.

God’s true Church will have the gift of Prophecy.

God’s true Church will preach Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

God’s true Church will stand against Sexual Immorality. Homosexuality, Adultery and Fornication are Sins.

God’s true Church will preach against Strong drink. Alcohol is not allowed. (Proverbs 20:1).

Remember God’s true last day Church will not be a popular Church. Most people will attack God’s Biblical Church with vigilance. Satan himself will attack God’s Church(Revelation 14:12) Truth crushed to the ground will always rise to the top

make sure you get your B12. Vegan foods don’t have B12. Take a vitamin pill everyday.

Just eat a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, whole wheats, brown rice, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, hemp milk, seaweed and sea vegetables. Stay away from junk and processed foods as much as possible. And don’t listen to people who say that vegans are deprived of nutrients. If you eat all these foods, you will be perfectly healthy. Soy milk, rice milk, hemp milk, almond milk, seaweed, and sea vegetables are all full of vitamin B12, which most people will say vegans cannot get without supplements.
Stay away from supplements. They are completely useless and cause health problems in later on in life.

The main thing is to get plenty of protein.
Also take a vitamin B12 supplement with iron.
(Many or most generic daily vitamins have both.)

Soyfoods are the best source for vegan protein.
But other legumes (beans, peas, lentils, peanuts)
can also be good, especially if you combine them
with grains (wheat, oats, corn, rice, barley, rye).
You can also add nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
    and seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin,etc.).

    It’s much easier to be a vegetarian than a vegan;
especially if you eat out at restaurants a lot.
But it’s not all that hard to do if you eat at home.

Easy and delicious ways to get soy protein:
    Tofu
    Tempe
    Soymilk
Soymeats (Boca Burgers, Morningstar farms, etc.)

I don’t like most brands of soymilk, they seem too watery.

But I love Pearl brand soymilk, either vanilla or plain.
It tastes rich and creamy, and it has more protein too.

Good luck, and Bon appetite! :)
