What are a few good websites with a lot of information on vegetarianism?

I’m writing a six page paper on vegetarian advantages and disadvantages through health and environmentally, I have three pages now, but I need a few more web sites to get information from, any suggestions?

    Also look at Animal Aids site, and Viva’s – both are really informative as these organisations run education courses.
