Vegetarian Recipes?

Well I’m currently sick of what I’ve been eating. I mean, it’s good and all..but..I’m craving something..different. Anyone know any good vegetarian recipes for dinner? Preferably something with noodles..that sounds really good right now. If you’re going to give me a link, please give a direct link, not to some site with recipes. I’ve already searched up a lot of different sites and haven’t found anything that sounds good to me. Thanks in advance. ;3
Yeah, I can make pizza..but..it’s too normal for me.
Thanks guys! I decided to just throw some noodles in a pot with some veggies. I’m gonna add some fake chicken to it too. and top it off with some mozzarella.
I know I shouldn’t, because I’m trying to switch to vegan..but I’m taking it slow. thanks! More ideas are loved <3

This is my favorite! Stir fry onion, garlic, carrot sliced thin, peppers, broccol florets, really anything you have. Then I add 1/2 cup Trader Joes Soyaki (if you don’t have a TJ near you theres one called Soy Vay I think) mixed with 1 Tble. maple syrup, and one tble Ginger People Sweet ginger chili sauce. Stir in 1 Tblespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 T. cold water, (dont forget to dissolve it first in a little cup or it will just lump up in your pan!) Cook for a minute til it thickens and add TJ Beef-less strips or chicken-less strips (again, if no TJ Morningstar Farm has some good fake beef and chicken). Serve over brown and wild rice, or soba noodles or bulghur wheat or plain pasta. It rocks!

Depends on what kind of noodles…

Do a veggie stir fry if it’s a Japanese type noodle.

When I make pasta I throw in a bag of frozen veggies while the pasta is cooking and then top with store-bought marinara–takes 15 minutes to make 3 or 4 meals for hubby and me!

    I don’t use recipes, just general ideas…

This is my favorite Vegan dessert. It is rich and creamy. You will find the transition a lot easier.
