		<description>That study makes no sense. How many different ways did they do the study. Lacto, well that is high protein, isn’t that dairy products. Which would mean animal foods since dairy is animal foods. Which has cholesterol. A vegan diet would should have lowered the cholesterol since there isn’t any cholesterol in plant foods.</description>
