Vegetarian Diet?

So Ive been thinking and wanting to become a vegetarian for awhile now but i have a few questions…
I have heard that soybeans make you more angry..is this true?
What is Tofu? Is it really that good for you?
Anymore helpful information about vegetarianism would be great

    Tofu and soybeans are icky. Make sure you don’t replace meat with potatoes. Also beans are a great source of protein.

    no, soy does not make you angry.
    tofu is textured soy protein(made of soybeans)
    vegetarians do not eat fish.
    look out for rennet,it is usually found in cheese, but you can eat vegetarian cheese.
    lastly, you cannout eat gelatin, it is made from cattle, so that means no jello,skittles,marshmallow, etc.

    tofu is chopped up soybeans that’s compressed to form a chunk of white jello-ish stuff. it’s good for you, and a source of protien that replaces meat in a balanced diet.

    When you buy vegetarian food, read the ingredients. Watch out for -

    Gluten
    Gelatin
    White sugar
    Volaise
    Vellum
    Urea
    Tallow
    Suet
    Squalene
    Squalane
    Rennet
    Albumen

    ^ Those ingredients are made of animal Animal products
