I am trying to lose weight and I’m not much of a meat eater. Sometimes I might eat some chicken or salmon but mostly it’s this: Fruit Vegetables Non fat dairy Low fat cheese wholegrain bread and pasta oats nuts and seeds Does this sound like a good diet for weightloss and general heatlth?
