Should people be saying that a vegetarian diet is always healthy?
A vegetarian diet is so vague, it could be anything. It could be a diet consisting solely of corn for example. While a non-vegetarian diet could be equally unhealthy, it could be quite balanced. Me? I’m just tired of generalizations.
