We don’t know. It never arrived. I tried to contact you Amazon to track it, but never received a response. DISAPPOINTED after all the things I’ve ordered through you.

There are quite a few curry recipes and a curried tempeh with coconut that’s delicious and relatively easy. I baked mine instead of frying and it came out great.

So far so good. although the chocolate brownie cookie recipe says it makes 32 cookies(using a teaspoon to drop the batter) well, I halved the recipe and it made like 60 or 70 cookies :) I am not complaining, we ate all of them. Just funny. I have made them 4 times now. And one time even broke the recipe down to make one batch. I made the choc. spelt muffins. For me I would like to make them a bit sweeter but using dates to sweeten is a new thing for me but anything to cut the sugar is high in my book. i t had a wonderful texture which I find with vegan recipes is hard sometimes to get a solid texture like that(since I don’t use tofu yet) Any…….I look forward to making some of the drinks, smoothies more real food I like this book!!

Great recipe’s! I have tried the Fresh Burgers, and they are really delicious. Worth the extra effort of preparing all the ingredients. I have my eye on several others, and as soon as I complete my shopping list and find all the ingredients, we’ll be back in the kitchen. I would change the book a little…add the nutritional facts and there are a few recipe’s you have to use your own judgement, ie: oven temps and times. I am a very methodical and exact thinker and need specific instructions with any task…so these are important to me.

I love this cook book, it’s beautifully made, the pictures are excellent. The recipes aren’t so bad either. I love the recipes for the vegetable and fruit juices, I don’t have a juicer, but I had been weighing the pro’s and con’s of getting one and this book tipped me in the right direction.
