I have only had this book a short time, but have loved every recipe I have tried. There are many more recipes I am looking forward to making. For my Christmas dinner, I made Citrus Fennel Salad which was the hit of the entire meal. Everyone loved it. While I am not a vegetarian, I know I will be making many of the recipes in this book in the near future as they all sound great. I highly recommend this cookbook for everyone, vegetarian or not.

Very easy to prepare, healthy recipes. I found the nutritional breakdown of each recipe very helpful and since I attend Weight Watchers’ I can plan my meals easily. My husband, who is a meat lover, found the recipes delicious.

  3. A solid cookbook but lacking in color and photographs which I believe are important in cookbooks. Over all it has good vegetatian recipes.

  4. I’m not a vegetarian but wanted to start cooking healthier, non meat recipes for me & my husband (the kids won’t touch this stuff, haha). This is very nice cookbook. The recipes are relatively simple & don’t call for 2 dozen ingredients. I’m not a “gotta have a picture for every recipe” kind of cook, but there are some very nice pictures of several recipes (but not all). The few dishes I’ve made so far are tasty. I have many more I can’t wait to make. If you are looking for an easy recipe, basic cookbook for vegetarians, this would be a good choice.

  5. Throw away all your other cookbooks…especially us vegetarians! I have EVERY page dog-eared and book marked…the top of the book looks like it had a bad-hair day!!! These are the best recipes in the world…and SOOOO many of them! Lots of nice pictures although I would have liked more (the book would have been 100 pounds if they did that). I have tried well over 75 recipes and only a few needed minor changes for my taste. I have MANY other similar cookbooks but they dont come close to the shear number of great tastes in this book.
