You could eat tofu or soy. The main reason for eating beans is to get the protein you will be missing. However, soy is loaded with protein so that will be a good substitute

I think the most important thing to learn is how to combine foods so that they will form Complete proteins. Plant proteins are incomplete and you won't get all of your essential amino acids. It is very important for you to be aware of this. If you combine the right plant foods though together you will get all of your amino acids. That's my veggie tip of the day. 2nd tip. Steak is yummy

I would not want to be a vegetarian because you miss out on a lot of good foods! But if you are fat then just watch what you eat and pick healthier foods.

Green vegetables are really good for you. You can still eat healthy with non-veg foods. Like, go to the grocery store and get some chicken. first take out all the fat and then chop it into pieces and cook it like you want.

Cashew nuts, fruit yogurt or peas...

I'm not a vegetarian, but i do eat healthy and i do have my "vegetarian" days. If you cut up some apples and bananas and and mix it with some fruit, low fat yogurt in a bowl, you'll find that its not only tasty, its healthy and filling-- and u won't even need those yucky beans.

I've been a vegetarian since the fifth grade! There are many other things besides beans that you can eat such as tofu, soy burgers, cheese, milk, tempeh, and grains! Just always remember to get enough nutrition everyday.I also sometimes eat the high protein power bars if I don't believe I have had enough protein that day. If you would like a great website for vegetarian recipes I would recommend the link below. Being a vegetarian is great! I hope you become one!

Make sure that you eat a wide variety of foods that will give you the proper nutrients and not just go for a bag of potato chips because it is easy.
I personally recommend taking a multivitamin every day, and depending on what kind of vegetarian you are becoming, if you don't eat dairy or eggs anymore, I would also strongly recommend taking a B12, since this nutrient is only found in animal products.
To get the iron you will be missing focus on foods like:
lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, dried fruit, broccoli
Iron loss is especially significant to girls during menstruation.
Calcium:
If you decide to become a lacto vegetarian this won't be a real problem, but if you choose not to drink milk, take a calcium supplement and add leafy green vegetables to your diet.
Protein:
This is the one people have probably been yelling at you. haha "You won't get enough protein!" But its actually easy.
nuts, rice and beans, peanut butter, tofu, seeds, soy milk, grains, cereals and vegetables all have protein.
If you are worried about it, there are also protein supplements you can take with your multivitamin and B12.

This is a good website if you need help starting:
http://www.theveggietable.com/articles/becomingveggie.html
Good site for recipes:
http://www.vegcooking.com/searchrecipes.asp

And most importantly:
Do what feels right to you and enjoy being a vegetarian. Feel solid about why you are doing it.
Good luck! Happy eating! :p
