I'm thinking about becoming a vegetarian for health reasons?

What would be the easiest way to slowly make that transition?

first week you should eat fish and veggies/fruit and alittle chicken
Next week just fish and veggies and some fruit
3rd week just veggies and fruit
4th week continue to eat fruits and vegetables but try having peanutbutter sandwiches and beans

After u complete all 4 weeks eat exactly like how you did during the 4th week for however long you want to stay a healthy vegetarian

yay!! vegetarianism is a very healthy choice! =D

first just cut back on the ammount of meat you eat. limit yourself to eating meat just once or twice a week. also, try tofu. it takes on the flavor of what you cook it with.

& dont listen to the people who say vegetarianism is stupid and unhealthy. i have been one for about 6 years and im in great shape. =)

    Vegetarian diet

A vegetarian diet includes all grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits and the nearly infinite varieties of foods that can be made by combining these.
Researchers say, vegetarian diets tend to be lower in saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium, and higher in fiber, magnesium, folate, potassium, and antioxidants. Evidence suggests that there is a considerable connection between a vegetarian diet and reduced risk for several chronic, degenerative diseases and conditions, including obesity, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and some types of cancer.
