First, you need to eliminate meat and seafood from your diet.

To make up for the protein, beans, tofu, eggs and dairy are high in proteins.

Include beans in your diet, and of course green leafy vegetables. Orange veggies are good sources of carotene and vitamen A. Good Luck!

:) I’m vegetarian too! I like to eat veggie wraps.

You can get garden vegetable tortillas. Put some spinach leaves, feta cheese, shredded carrots and other veggies you like. I then put 2 tbsp of asian sesame dressing ( I like Cardini’s Roasted Asian Sesame Dressing) and then wrap it up! It’s healthy AND lower in calories :P . You can add whatever you like to it too

    Hope that helps

Sanitarium fake meat is great! The vegie delights range is great if you can get it.
Their site has great recipes too:

Also a lot of asian food is either vegetarian or easily changed into vegetarian dishes.

You may need to take tablets -i only take iron- but if you eat the right stuff (green veges and now you can get a lot of things with added iron in them such as bread and orange juice!) you don’t really need to.

Good luck in your vegetarianism! Be warned; people will continually ask you if you eat tofu -_-’ it’s really annoying.
