I need some vegetarian recipes and tips?

I want to become a vegetarian and I was wondering if anyone had any tips and some recipes. I just feel sick and guilty when I eat meat so I want to give this a try.
Thanks

This website, run by the Mayo Clinic and has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

Vegetarians come in many varieties, but you describe somebody who just doesn’t want to eat anything with "eyes". It will be pretty easy to follow such a path because you can have eggs and milk and cheese. Here’s a starter link for recipes: http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Everyday-Cooking/Vegetarian/Top.aspx

The Vegetarian Resource Group website is one of the very best free sites that give in-depth information on vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. They have loads of great recipes too.

If you’re going Lacto AND don’t want to harm animals, you should probably shop at health food stores and farmers markets for organic dairy.
