Does anyone have any tips on becoming a vegetarian with pasta?

I’m thinking of becoming a vegetarian who also eats pasta and would like to know how I can get all my nutrients from vegetables and homemade pure fruit juice (you know the kind of fruit juice you make in a juicer at home). No milk or dairy products and no meat.
I’m not eating meat or dairy products because the milk and meat are disgusting where I live. They go bad within a few days of getting them from Walmart which is why I’ve decided to elimate meat and dairy products from my diet.

I am a vegan, and usually when I am in the mood for pasta, I make a cold pasta salad, (yolk-free noodles). I usually get ziti or something, get some whole fruits that blend nicely together, and maybe some veggies. The whole point of being vegetarian or vegan is being more earthy, and not eating as much dairy and processed foods.

Every morning I get up and load up on anti-oxidants… like oranges, mangoes, pole beans, and all kinds of vegetables and fruits.
Sometimes I even whip up a little smoothie.
Just look at your food pyramid, and eat all of the serving it tells you to everyday. That what I do, except I eat just a little more since I’m vegan.

    Hope I helped,

I would highly suggest not doing that. You need protein from meat and milk helps your bones. I don’t think you can honestly get all your nutrients from pasta and juice.
Also, you never mentioned eggs… you can get protein from those.

Pasta is vegetarian. But that wheat feels pain too when it gets cut down savagely in the farmer’s field.

Most vegetarians include pasta in their diet. This website, run by the Mayo Clinic, has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.
