Burger Loaf

1 20 oz. can of Worthington Vegetarian Burger

1 c. dried old fashioned oats(flakes)

2 eggs, beaten slightly

1 large onion, diced small

1 c. pecans, chopped

1 T. Bragg’s liquid Amino’s or 2 t. soy sauce

1 T. sage

1/2 t. salt

1 c. evaporated milk(canned)

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Spray a 8 x 11 casserole dish or large loaf pan. and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes for the casserole dish or 60 minutes for the large loaf pan. Serve with favorite gravy. Serves 8 – 10

* Instead of milk, you may use mushroom, celery or tomato soup, tomato puree or sauce.
