Becoming a vegetarian but want my friends to guess?

So I’m becoming a vegetarian soon. On 12-17-09 to be exact. Anyway I want my friends to guess what I’m doing on that day and they can’t really guess. What kind of hint is there? Or can someone think of a riddle?

    Today I may eat a bean, but not a morsel of this food, not even if it’s lean.

    The answer, of course, is meat.

    Well, for what it’s worth, here’s the only vegetarian joke I know…

    What do you call a vegan guy who likes to pleasure himself?
    A non-dairy creamer.
