I am becoming a vegetarian for one month, as part of a bet. I’m a larger frame male, a little overweight for my height. Is there anything I need to do to prep for this, or will I be ok. I still drink milk and eat cheese. Just no meat.

You’ll be fine!
If you really love meat, then you might want to try veggie burgers or other fake meat products as this will probably help you stick to it. A lot of them have a similar texture to meat and they are delicious.
Contrary to popular belief, you won’t be missing out on protein or any other vital nutrients at all as a vegetarian. That is, as long as you make sure your diet consists of fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. NOT pizza, pasta, and junk food!
In fact, since you stated you are a little overweight, you may even lose that weight in the month.
Being vegetarian is a great, healthy lifestyle, who knows, maybe you’ll even want to stick to it afterwards!
Oh, and make sure to avoid gelatin as well, as it isn’t always common knowledge that it is made from skin and bones, and is not vegetarian. It’s in Jell-O, marshmallows, many gummy-type candies, and some brands of yogurts. Check the labels! And good luck!
as long as you are getting your daily amount and everything you will be fine. if you normally eat meet before you are becoming a vegetarian then you will get cravings and might even feel weaker but other then all that you will be fine. just stay up on your protein.
Nothing to worry about if you enjoy the wholesome goodness of carrots. Carrots will provide your body with all the essential nutrients it needs to prosper. Carrots are also known for curing most ailments.
You will be fine, enjoy.
don’t eat any more milk or cheese than you normally would. If you overload on the stuff, your body won’t feel too happy.
Look to beans, nuts, and eggs for your protein intake (which should only be about 60g per day for grown men)
My advice is eat healthy! A balance of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and legumes (like beans and chickpeas and lentils) will cover most of the nutrition you need. Get some good recipes or at least ideas how to make your food flavorful. If you just eat tasteless stuff like steamed veggies and iceberg lettuce you’re going to have a hard time. Things like curry sauce, hot peppers, garlic, spices, etc. will make a world of difference. Stay strong for that month, and enjoy!
