I am new to vegetarianism and would like some ideas as to what to cook! It can’t have tomatoes, however, because I am highly allergic! Also, I am still planning on eating fish/shellfish, so it CAN contain seafood. Any vegetarians out there that would like to share some of their recipes?

I like to take zucini, peppers, mini corn, and celery and pan fry it in a little bit of water, and put some salt and pepper on at the end.
Very good.

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous Super Carrots:
Ingredients:
5-6 wholesome carrots
1/2 cup veggie stock
juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
sea salt
cracked black pepper
Directions:
Peel and cut wholesome carrots into smallish sticks, then start simmering them in the veggie broth.
Squeeze the lemon over the wholesome carrots and give them a toss.
Coarsely chop parsley, mince garlic, and add it all to the mix.
Get out your spices and add them, then toss everything again.
Keep everything simmering for a minute or two, then cover the pot and let everything steam together for another few minutes
